Returns & Exchanges

Please note Toddler Baby Co do not exchange as availability cannot be guaranteed on items. If you wish to change size or style then please return your items for a refund or credit and then re-order as per your new requirements. We offer refunds on full priced items only if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Items will only be refunded if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. To return an item, please complete the Toddler Baby Co Returns Form, print out the email you receive and include this with your return, as well as your original invoice and packing slip (where possible). Post all returns to the address specified on the Returns Form. Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Please make sure that returns are packaged securely in a box and are posted using a traceable method (such as Registered Post). Please note we take no responsibility for items lost in transit. Note refunds are only processed once goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as resellable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Items purchased using a coupon may be returned for a store credit only if returned within 14 days of purchase. Coupons / store credits issued for returned items are valid for a period of 6 months.  Orders paid for via AfterPay are entitled to store credit only. Coupons / store credits issued for returned items are valid for a period of 6 months.

Sale items are strictly non-returnable (no exchanges or refunds) so please choose carefully when purchasing. This includes promotional deals where a discounted or free item is given (such as Buy x, Get y).

Toddler Baby Co appreciate your purchase and aim for 100% satisfaction. Please contact Toddler Baby Co immediately should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. Toddler Baby Co can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions including replacement, credit or refund excluding postage costs. Toddler Baby Co will only offer you a repair, exchange, credit or refund if the goods are returned within a reasonable time (being 30 days from the date of purchase), proof of purchase to our satisfaction is provided, and upon assessment the item is considered faulty or is considered to hold a manufacturing fault. We will not offer an exchange, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item. Please note that general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric, is not grounds for a faulty replacement.

Gift vouchers may be purchased for a minimum value of $30 and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not refund gift vouchers.


Bare+Boho takes pride in working with an established and ethical manufacturer, using highest of quality materials. However if you are not satisfied with your product, please read the information below regarding details surrounding warranty. Warranty is extended to original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied.

  1. All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. At our discretion, we will organise repair or replacement.
